Your project, step by step
How working with Bamina unfolds
1. Share your collection brief
Tell us about your brand, design ideas, preferred materials, target quantities and launch date. Share sketches or reference images so we can understand the collection you want to create.
2. Review your quotation
We prepare a quotation around your design, materials and quantities. Review the specifications, pricing and estimated schedule with our team before moving ahead.
3. Develop the 3D design
We develop your concept into a 3D model, typically in 3–4 days. Review the proportions, dimensions and design details with our team before the sampling stage.
4. Review and approve your sample
Sampling takes around one week. Review the physical sample and confirm the design and finish before approving your collection for production.
5. Confirm your order & pay 30%
After sample approval, confirm your order details and arrange the 30% deposit. Production starts once the sample is approved and the deposit is received.
6. Begin production
Our team manufactures your approved designs. Production typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the quantity and complexity of the collection.
7. Packing & commercial invoice
When your jewelry is ready, we prepare it for dispatch with protective packing and a commercial invoice detailing your order.
8. Pay the remaining 70%
Arrange the remaining 70% balance before shipping. Once the balance is received, your completed order can be dispatched.
9. Shipping & tracking
Your collection is shipped to the agreed delivery address. We provide tracking information so you can follow the shipment. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.
